Here at The Burlap Runner and Special Occasions East we believe in community enrichment, we believe in giving back and most of all we believe in hero's. Being a hero is more than just calling yourself one. It is about looking out for those around us, stepping up and helping out when you're needed and finding ways to come together as a whole to better the circumstances in which we all live. This is why The Burlap Runner and Special Occasions has opted to join in a giveaway to help promote the Hero Round Table conference that is being held in our nearby city of Swartz Creek, MI this coming November.
The Hero Round Table is a nationally recognized conference that has chosen Michigan as its hosting state. This conference brings in the biggest names in heroism such as Philip Zimbardo, Jocelyn Stevenson, David Rendall and more. Attendees can come to learn about becoming a hero; how to establish heroism in the workplace, schools or in everyday life. You can also get to know the speakers at the afterparty and enjoy socializing with other forward moving attendees.

In order to help spread heroism in our town we are hosting a giveaway to send one winner to the two day event. The winner will receive one ticket to the event which includes two lunches and one dinner. Ticket also includes entrance to the afterparty sat night, transportation to the event from supported hotels and an event t-shirt. ($325 value)
